THOUGH THE VEST CAME PACKAGED AND WRAPPED PROPERLY AND IN NEW CONDITION, THE VEST I ORDERED..OR THOUGHT I ORDERED WAS THE VEST IN THE PICTURE BUT THATS NOT THE VEST THAT I RECEIVED..THE VEST ALSO CAME LATE WHICH MESSED UP MY SCHEDULED TRAINING.

1 THING I DO LIKE ABOUT IT IS IT DID COME WITH 70 LBS OF WEIGHT BUT I CAN GO UP TO 85 LBS IF I WANT.

This is a really durable vest.

It fits pretty comfortably once you figure out the straps.

I almost took off a star because there are no instructions included, and the velcro straps are a little confusing.

The weights themselves are iron ore, not solid iron, but the price is very right.

It arrived very very quickly, days before the estimated delivery date.

On a side note, it was entertaining to watch the delivery woman struggle with the box after she refused my help.

Excellent product! Strong, durable quality and easy to use. I could of gone with the 50 lb vest instead of the 70 lb; but am putting the xtra weight to good use – use it on my routine walk – Great product at a great price!

haven’t had for long but it seems to be a nice deal for the money. It does a lot of exercises. And seems easy to convert between types.

I purchased this unit a month ago for me and my son. For the money I am very happy with it. We use it 2 to 3 times a week and have noticed a change even in that little time. The problem I have is with support. Since the day I have gotten the machine I have tried to buy some extra rods for the 4100. I placed 3 phone calls (just a recorded message) and at least 5 E-Mails. I got 2 responses. One told me they are available for $20 a pair. The other said my request was shipped, but they didn’t ask for my address or for any money. I would hate to see what I would have to go through if I had A warrenty problem. To bad support does’nt equal their product.

I bought this machine because of the low price, and I was skeptical whether it would be worthwhile. However, I was very pleasantly surprised. It is a great machine, especially for beginners who want upper body workouts. If you’re a serious athlete, or if you want leg exercises, this may not be the best machine for you. For me, it is working out great, and I have purchased other machines to give me the leg exercises I want. At first, I was dismayed by the fact that there were over 100 parts to assemble, but they went together very quickly and easily, and all the tools are included. Be advised that this is only for users weighing up to 120 kilograms, or 264 pounds. Great product!

The gym is very easy to assemble, took me about 45 minutes on my own. The book supplies several different workouts, hitting every major muscle group, and you get good resistance in every workout. You won’t get great range of motion on all the workouts, there may be times when you’ll need to lean back or put yourself in a different position in order to get a full stretch, but those are minor adjustments you’d probably have to make on any other type of equipment. The gym itself is light, easy to move around the house, and doesn’t take up much space. It may be too light, and not sturdy enough in some instances, and you will need to stand on the frame in the stand-up workouts.

The price is outstanding, at 180 dollars. You’re not going to find a better deal than this, and the workout is very comparable to the far more expensive Bowflex.

This is an interesting item that I bought. (+)It is very easy to assemble with tools included. (-)It says that it’s 170LBs of resistance but it feels a little lighter. (-)The workout takes a little getting used to because the tension is a little rough. (-)Also, when doing stand-up exercises, you’ll probably have to stand on the frame because the machine will move. (+)All in all I feel like this machine is a bargain for what I paid for it including shipping. (+)You can get a quality workout from it and it doesn’t take up much space. (+)It also has a ton of exercises for you to do with “How To’s” in the manual if you need assistance configuring the machine.

This company’s minerals were recommended by a source I trusted, but not this particular product. I was using arginine as a way of lowering blood pressure. Getting a sufficient amount is hard, lots of pills or poor-tasting powder mixed into drinks. There was a definite effect with other forms of arginine, although timing and the length of the effect varied.

With this product, I noticed no effect at all. I took most of the bottle, but the morning dose, taken as suggested, simply did not seem to produce any effect on my blood pressure.

This brand of Arginine really works well for me! 1 cap full in the morning and one at night. Way better than anything else I have tried. Don’t love the taste but I do like the price and effect.
