The ebook includes a Maximum Mass in Minimum Time manual, meal plans, exercise database manual, composition tracker, a 60 minute audio with Jason talking about his secrets, a quick meal manual plus a lifetime subscription to the’ private members only’ forum. Jason makes this workout program enjoyable to read as he uses stories to get his point across. The meal guide is great and it shares some great meals designed to help you bulk up. Also included is what supplements actually do work and a secret workout that is designed to melt away fat.

What we liked about Muscle Gaining Secrets is the fact that all of the workouts and diet plans are laid out for you in an easy to understand format. We also liked the fact that you only need to work out three times per week using Jason’s program which is very realistic. This program focuses on compound lifts and it would actually not be beneficial to lift more than that in a week.

We liked that Jason’s plan includes programs for the beginner, intermediate and advanced lifters.

The Cons Of Muscle Gaining Secrets

One thing we did not like about Muscle Gaining Secrets is that Jason relies on pictures to describe how to do the exercises. Some lifts are quite complicated, and to a person new to lifting, simply cannot be described with only a couple of pictures. Another thing was that the photos were rather small and of poor quality, but perhaps this was done so the ebook would download quickly.
Another thing we did not like was we felt that Ferrugia should have included a video section in the program to demonstrate the exercises.

Like many of us, Jason learned what works by trial and error.

Overall this is a rock solid and no-nonsense guide that will work if you commit to it and a great value. A great many extras are included.
